I have spend over 60 year in Christian non-profit ministry. I served for 19 years with Cru and oversaw the development of a robust fund development department in a 12 year period. Durning this season of leadership my team saw over $150 million raised for worldwide ministry initiatives. It was during these early years that the foundational principles of lifestyle stewardship were developed. This experience led me to working as a fund development consultant for an additional 30 years, working with many ministries in the U.S. and globally. I am an author, mentor, leadership coach, a non-profit governance specialist, and continue and occasionally do fund targeted fund development consulting.
